It includes a cal. 3055 self-winding movement that beats at a higher frequency of 28,800bph. It also boasts a convenient Single Quickset function.
This ref. 1803 execution from 1976 sports a bright blue lacquer dial, which we’ve previously dubbed the ‘Smurf’. It’s only the third blue stella we’ve ever had the pleasure of selling. The dial is in spotless condition, with black text and creamy lume dots.Excellent and rare Blue Stella Diamond dial with full glossy surface. There is a minor chip at the edge of 10-11 and minor wear around the edge of the 4' marker. The Luminous dots are original and matching with the handsThe Day-Date was the first waterproof self-winding chronometer certified wristwatch with a day and date function.
