I also noticed that the print at the bottom of the bag has really rubbed off significantly.That’s very quick to crack, mine is from around 2009 and it still has the original leather. I expect they’ll offer a repair where they’ll change out the trim, otherwise they might offer you a new bag depending on the manager of your store. I am currently using tory burch gemini link, and the handles start to show cracking after 2 months of daily use (not horrible but it's there). Will the neverfull strap crack within 2 months of daily usage?
