She passed it to be to do but I'm having difficulty getting the back off with my sticky ball. Does anyone know the correct tool/size socket to unscrew the back? Thanks in anticipation, Simon. Place the Jaxa opener wrench over the back of the watch case, bit-side down, and adjust it until it fits snugly around the circumference of the case. Turn the wrench to the left until the back of the case is loose enough to remove with your fingers.
One thing to try is to let the chrono run for more than a full cycle (different time depending on what hand you're trying to reset). After that, stop the chrono and reset.
